Give your head a shake..if you think you can scale and survive in the next year or two without a meaningful partner like Hexo (molson) than you are crazy stupid. Sure you have money in the bank but we all know how fast money is burned when companies scale. Your evaluation is fair for a merge and the benefits with having a solid partner will see our hip shared increase faster than we can imagine. Sure we may see a bump on our revenues but in the long term we will do great. Don't you think they knew what the revenues were going to be before they agreed to a fair price..ofcourse They did. And I agree something big is coming as well and HIP can't do it alone.
