Voting NoI will be voting no.  This deal is ridiculous.  I Like Hexo but come on...selling at the bottom is amateur hour when you have cash in hand and a solid market distribution share.  All there is to do is vote NO.  Shame on you Jay lol. In all honesty after watching this volatile matket for a while, I have yet to witness such a poor deal for shareholders in this space.
