Do you really believe that quebec government will make Hexo its preferred supplier, and Molson its business partner, if Sbastien is caught pants down partaking in shady deals???. You are delusional. Newstrike market cap is what the market is ready to pay for its acquisition. Simple as that.

it was my my bad choice,BUT I do believe that this company does not look to increase shareholder value as they are secretive and I do believe that there were back-door deals to make this Hexo deal happen by keeping stock low.

maybe I will be surprised by another company jumping into the fray, ....hope so
