Hip backed out of the deal with cmed. Thankfully.
There is no more vote. Hip turned down the offer by Cmed. Check out there web site. Something greater is in the works.. I see 3 to 4 bucks today. Only reason we didnt go up yesterday is because alot of unsure investors pulled out not knowing whats going to happen with cmed. Now that Hip turned down there friendly deal Hip is free to soar. If Hip backed out, Hip owes 5 million....as per the contract.....if cmd backs out they owe us nine million .....read it on sedar.... VERY curious where you got your "insider" informtion from
