I think what will happen is ACB and CMED will make a deal before the vote...if they do then they will have to either renegotiate with HIP or drop them...doesnt look like ACB ever wanted HIP so they will go back on their own and get bought up down the road by APH or WEED imo

I agree 100%. This company does not want to operate as an LP, it is positioning itself to be acquired by a larger player. This is part of the consolidation before legalization so the big players can make sure they have enough to keep up with recreational supply.

That is a very tactic though in the business world, pretend to show no interest in a company you really want, then at the opportune time make your move.We see it playing out in the MJ sector as we speak.
