HIP...the Poison Pill

What is better? 0. 033 CMED shares per 1000/HIP or $90 mill. payout from CMED. Does anyone have thoughts on these scenarios? Or...ACB takes on HIP thru negotiations and we all become another ACB investment. This should be interesting.
