I have read press releases and I have also listened to them. Do you think Aurora just waltzed in and told Cmed they were taking over. Terry Booth said Zettl wouldn't even pick up the phone when they tried to call him. Aurora knew they had Cmed shares locked up from Cmed directors that came to them, so a hostile was an option they knew they could try. But, they only went hostile when Zettl wouldn't even listen to an offer.

that's how I understand it. And Aurora has stated they would replace CMED management team, all the more reason to not pick up the phone. That's why I think he must have had a sense that the deal might go sideways at the vote.
