Were you the one who was asking yesterday when the deal would be a done deal?  well now it is.   The deal is now completed not only an intention.

Yes and we have to thank Deet for sending HIP the email reminding them to send out the news announcement or we may still be waiting. BTW weren't you the one saying that this news was going to send the stock price up dramatically? Down about 5% I see and likely will close below $1 if there isn't a price rally in the next 2 hours.
