trade /exchange it in for the stock
ANYTIME at your choice before then. so if u paid .20 then u are all in at 1.95 so the stock has to trade in above that to make it worth ur time so ask yourself will it be worth that within 2 yrs. so u can make money and sell the warrant any time and make a profit,,,, u do not have to trade it in or hold u r the boss just sell the warrant and move on make sense?

i think I'm getting it. so if i bought it at .30, then I'm in it at 2.05. if the stock price hits 3, then my HIP.WT is .95? and what does this mean if HIP trades over $2.60 for 10 consecutive dayes, management has the right to call for accelerated excercise of the warrant
