Yes Tucan, as long as they are not excercised, they trade just like stocks, you can buy and sell them just the same. their appeal lies in their relationship with the stock price, excercise price and time before expiry giving you a great leverage effect. This can also be inversely risky if the stock plummets!

Cool Thx Ginger83. Is is smart to sell, say if the warrant gets to say $1-$150 in the next 3-8 months take the profit and run. Cheers T

not true ...it could be more than .85 cents because its an option, not an obligation for newstrike to accelerate the exercise of the warrants . acb has let their warrants ride out way past the strike price if I'm not mistaken

It doesn’t work that way. You may see 0.85 at sp of 1.75-2 I’m that case you make more money and buy the stock as stock is cheaper than warrants, right now warranty is cheaper than stock. As per your theory warrants should be trading near to zero but due to time factor it’s valued more which in normal case 0.40-0.60

Yes, but you already knew that Tucan. Welcome to Stockhouse. I bought Organigram warrants for .30 and in no time they were well over a buck and I think they ended up over $2 before they expired. Would have done a lot better if they had not run into problems with what they were putting on their plants. This play is not without risks, but with risk comes reward.
