The share were bought from the teasury. So does that mean no new share issuance? I dont think people have fully digested this news.

It's from the shares they are holding. No issuance, but they are evidently in a position they would like to hold less of the company for more liquid.

WONDERFUL! To anyone thinking of selling now (cant understand why someone would be unloaded so much here), now is literally the worst time to sell. We are weeks away from one of the most historical moments in our history. Btw, hip has over $10 million in weed ready for sale.

There was an accounting I read somewhere, likely Sedar, about how the money from the first private placement was being allocated. It seemed to show if I remember correctly that there was money left over after the building and equipment and other costs were utilized. However the glossy vanity publication of late states that they have under 1 million in cash. Maybe you ought to ask the company for
