Prediction

I am going to make a prediction. If the current warrant strike price ever gets close to exerciseable, which is a laughable thought at this point it time, management will likely use their newly elected option to consolidate and thereby continue to keep the warrants out of the money. In my opinion the current warrants are useless.

You obviously dont understand how this works. For one, when the warrants were first issued, they were around this price. Nothing has changed except improvement. And for two, if and when they RS, the warrants consolidate and go up in price, and in turn the stike price goes up by the same ratio. calm your tyts.

I know exactly how it works. However, you can't guarantee that the math will work out in the real world and in my opinion it will most likely not. Just for your consideration. How did this new move of re-financing play out ? Are we seeing increased confidence in the company and share prices that are rising as a result ?
