A Reverse stock split must be in the cards......

I have a had a chance to sit back and digest all this....no1 likes losing $ but I am trying to be an optimist. With the new bought financing I think that takes us to 600mil shares. A 10-1 reverse split makes sense taking us down to 60 million....this should get rid of weak hands and most shorters. With this we would like at a stock price of around $7 and makes us look more attractive and maybe even a possible listing on the tsx. June 7th WILL happen and seems like HIP is getting ready. Going long with this one and look at this as a great buying opportunity. Cheers

The new bought financing should only bring the outstanding share up if the company has issued new shares. According to the news release the shares come from the treasury, which I can only assume means the company has sold some of it's held shares. Anyone care to comment ? Regarding a RS of course this will happen eventually other wise they waouldn't have voted on it. So it lies somehwere

Correct - no dilution on todays news as the shares were already accounted for in the TSO, they were being held in the treasury. Now, methinks something is cooking here - bigger money and smarter money than us peasants have bought into this story a lot higher...I don`t claim to be the sharpest knife in the drawer but todays 20% discount seems like a no-brainer to be buying. GLTA

ive said it a couple times now, as have others. these shares are coming from outstanding shares, these which are in the treasury. no new shares were issued,

It just seems like a typical "I can do this too." attitude. No you can't. This is no longer a startup, so you can't be the CEO, the PR person and the solicitor of business leads. Real people with pedegree need real incentives ($$$). Now they have the money to acquire such people. But will they? Or will they treat these funds as fuel for operational expenses so that everyone can
