Really not sure.... But I dont think they have to.. they dont have to tell us they are up listing to Nas or TSX either.. we are going for a ride folks .. think I am buying a few more today, just a feeling. I wanted .85 next week but will take 8.50 -9.00 also glta

yes, this would be a material change and an announcement would be mandatory. Nothing on sedar except for the name change and a clause of ' no consolidation " Personally I don`t think they will do a reverse split, maybe later in the game plan but they will wait to see how the numbers roll out after they start selling.
