IMO todays rise in s/p is mainly due to the fact that the reverse split appears to be off the table....possibly replaced by a share buy back program once we see revenues. The reverse split scenario was killing us

Was simply a vote to allow them to do if they wanted to.  Seems like management dont want to go down that road anymore.  Nothing was set in stone juts the authority to do so.

Also if it was ever really on the table wouldn't Newstrike have to have made a news release to that effect about it ? Clearly nothing is set in stone.  “At this time” management seem to not be pushing forward with the reverse split.   Could this change sure... the world turns, business changes and the market changes.
