Dragons' Den" co-star Kevin O'Leary will speak in Niagara Falls in September at a conference on Canada's marijuana-growing industry. The Grow Up Cannabis Conference and Expo is expected to attract licensed suppliers, equipment manufacturers, producers, lawyers and growing enthusiasts. It's being held Sept. 7 and 8 at Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, in advance of the legalization of recreational cannabis use in Canada later this fall. In addition to his TV role, O'Leary is an entrepreneur, author and political supporter of legalized marijuana.
