dummies..quit arguing and buy at these levels. Upside is wayyyyy more than the downside . If you have to , average down already to these levels. It's has trippled bottomed already .The whole sector has been doused off , when it ignites again , these prices are gone . HIP has waited almost 2 years for oct 17 to start making money .. Nice little block for sale at .74 ~1 million shares. Someone wants out or someone is looking to hold it and pick up shares under that...either way, don't see us moving beyond that anytime soon...
