Lottery, expansions, Q4 numbers, .....who knows. May be better outlook for China and US deal, so folks will risk money again

Possibly, but I'm hoping we hear JV announcement with Planet 13 out of Vegas. They're in TO and looking to JV with an Canadian cannabis company. I'm thinking they're waiting on the lottery and who gets what before a commitment is made. Also, may not be HIP, but ACB, etc. Planet 13 is circling the 403/DVP!

HIP would make for a good JV partner, there are a few medium sized LPs out there that would make good JVs also. I wouldn't bet on this one particular deal happening however i think the odds of HIP partnering, or being bought out, are higher than average.. JMHO
