Hi all also a long time lurker but first time poster. Thought i would put in my two cents on NEWSTRIKE HIP STOCK.. Been holding the bag for almost a year.. That damn cannimed deal fell through and i got in at 1.20.. But things are looking good.. Iam also interested in earnings realease.. Probably feb 08???

Havarti ....glad you showed up.. You in HIP too? Yea Q4 financials for 2018 probably early feb maybe late january.. Lets hope its cheesarific if you know what i mean...

Something to consider... If you believe the company will succeed long-term and that the shareprice will go higher than current levels, you could prepare yourself to average down.  Just decide where it will need to pull back to before you are comfortable adding to your position and also work out what your new average would be after the buy, get the average down as low as possible. Honestly ...more

I'm thinking some institutional/ETF buying happened in early Jan hence the sp appreciation. Now that the buying is likely done the price is likely to drift lower in the next several weeks back below 50 and in the 45-50 range. JMHO.

Its possible I guess but what you are saying is that many shareholders exited and the only ones buying were banks ?  Seems unlikely IMO.  HIP is already part of a few ETFs so they have been buying for about 6-8 months now and add / subtract as investors buy the ETF.  IMHO the overall sentiment for investing started to go really sour mid 2018 which caught up with the MJ sector post ...more
