Why did the Hexo ceo say they’re getting 55m cash out of this deal? I thought we had 100m+?? Why all the hate on me last week for asking questions about Jay, his credibility and his loyalty? I guess this wasn’t  conspiracy after all?..

The $55M in cash is actual cash...I believe what you are referring to is cash + access to credit in a sense through various financial instruments.

The company has been throwing around 100m CASH, not saying “our 55m in cash and 45+ in loans”
