They got fair value for a company that has laid stagnant for some time. A steal, hard to determine with valuations that are all out of whack for the industry really.  One thing is for certain....for many of these small cap players (HIP, MYM, META, etc.) it's a buyers market....not a sellers market. There is absolutely no need to pay a premium for them...they can just go to the next small

I hear ya Mozza - totally hear you. I guess what I'm saying is in a buyers market, and a highly competitive buyers market where consolidation is inevitable...HIP isn't the only player who's publically noted that they are "for sale" and there are many others for sale (many other good companies) who haven't publically stated. Heck, APHA has noted that they will love more
