To be more specific - I was told the AGM and the VOTE or on the same day now, May 17th.  The formal merger would follow shortly after other approvals are in place.

This is what I got back for NewStrike IR on March 20th; The circular and shareholder voting materials should be mailed in May, vote in Jun or Jul, with closing anticipated in Aug. Instructions and dates would be provided with your package in May. Voting results will be known pretty much the day of voting. I have not contacted them since the 20th so I cannot say if something has changed. Q

I read August timeframe as well.  Why I posted earlier about original warrants with hip.  However hexo warrants expire a month before hip originals.

Yup, time is running out on some of the warrants.  I am still holding a mix of warrants for HIP, nothing on HEXO, not saying I don't think the HEXO warrants are good/bad etc.  The originals could turn out to be absolute gold if a takeover / merger of HEXO+HIP should come out.  We could be all standing on top of a fortune of original warrants and not realize it but without some
