Here the board has already approved the offer... plus, you citing Cannimed precendent is very ominous, given what happened to newstrike once it got left on the side of the road.... At the time of the CanniMED deal mj was not legal, HIP was also unlicensed with no supply agreements. The value of HIP then is SUBSTANTIALLY lower than it is now. I am also not implying that the offer will double, i am pointing out that the deal is grossly undervaluing HIP for what it is today, a strong platforming LP with established supply agreements with 8 provinces.
