RE:2nd Plant (The Boston Project)

This is the news I've been waiting for since start of August, completion was suppose to be late July.
With the shareprice retreating I've been thinking of putting a larger investment in, but I'm also getting weary of the lack of this information being released. I'm sure things are on the up and up, but I would just like to see that notice that everything is as it should be.
I didn't expect the .40-60 share price jump a few months ago, but now we are back into a more reasonable .30s until Boston is verified and producing results we can see, but the market will likely move very quick when that notice is put out.
