......... and I agree with you on those points.  Kind of a similar situation happening with VGM !!   PP done at .15  and there now shares are being offered under .15   I still call it a kind of stalling tactic, but then again, what the heck do I know.  I'm still buying stocks that sit around for years and can't seem to get off the ground.  Haven't really lost, but at the same time can't say I'm winning at this game.   J.T.
