As they are now a commercially producing mine, they are obligated by law to release all required news. Prior to commercial production was a different ball game as they didn't have to release such news.

Company has gone through thick and thin to get the mine up and running. I'm sure they are aware that Q3 results will define this company, it's future,  and investor interest.
