RE: Initial Closing of Private Placement So if company insiders and someone else is willing to pay double the SP rather than go to the open market, what do they know that most of us don't? Why on earth would you pay .05 when you can buy on the open market for half price? I mean really, it's not the .10 cent warrants. Someone knows something or they can't use a calculator.
