they signed a confidential contract, inside the contract they have a intention to get lluvia de oro with a money proposal. regarding to this even of the two parts can revel the price, this have expiration date. the representative of minera columbia say that berlet is going to execute the contract when the share is a .20cents, expecting to get .60cents of the sale.

i hear that aurico have the same but for all nwmm, not just for lluvia de oro. maybe is a rumor
