If they maintain their 100 oz/day average as a couple people on the board already confirmed then that is around 35,000 oz by 2013 end.

 

They are ramping up to almost double the 2012 mining rate (15,000 tpd). So they are aiming to something around 40k..I'm liking what I see with the new operations team thus far.. Q4 2012 and Q1 2013 results will provide a better insight.
