Good point. However that was the plan 3 years ago to pay off the $15M loan. Things obvously didnt go as planned due to mismanagement which caused the debt to increase to over $18M and dilution of stock by 100%.

Even if debt was reduced or even paid off, it wouldn't reflect any major movement in sp. These 0.005 movements we've seen for god knows how long is pathetic and is due to the heavy dilution. Consolidation is an alternative to this but most likely will not get shareholder approval - management will not get away that easy.

Maybe an option would be to do a little of both debt reduction and buy backs? I know they are renegotiating the debt but it better not be at 15% interest.
