Will NWM be acquired?

Will NWM be acquired?I'm tired of being stucked with my NWMs, I think I would happy with 2.5 cents a share (even if my average is around 11 cents).  Anyone think NWM could be bought in the near future with the last NR?  Or is the debt so big that even with the increased reserves no one will be interested?
Would be happy to hear your opinion on this.
