What worries me more

Look at the wall at 3 cents and endless amounts of bids at 2.5 cents.

I am concerned that this company is now backed onto the wall and a hostile takeover might be proposed or possible. It's a given that the price has been manipulateed down to under 3 cents for a reason..

BlindBat - just to clarify your understanding: I talked to Chris regarding the new financing couple days ago.  NO, the warrants will not be exercised at 10 cents, but at $1 at 4 years expiry if consolidation does occur. since 1+1=2, and 2+2=4 10 x 0.10 cents = $1.00

If you understand that then why are you blabbing on about sp being 10 cents in four years? Do you actually think NWM will still be here in four years?

Do you actually think NWM will still be here in four years? ========================= I'm blabbing about the sure thing we know TODAY ! What happens if we go to less than zero, say -.01 or -.02? Would the stock price be -.10 or -.20 after the consolidation? Hmmm. Sorry, I have to laugh at this travesty to keep from crying about it. Still hoping that maybe one of these days if a miracle happens and they get their act semi-together that I'll get back half of the money that I invested in this company.

Yeah, would be nice to get half my money back. Thanks for doing just a great job Chris Berlet!
