"Mr. Christopher R. Chadder, Chris, C.A., has been the Chief Financial Officer of NWM Mining Corporation since June 2011. Mr. Chadder has been the Chief Financial Officer of URSA Major Minerals Incorporated since September 13, 2004. Mr. Chadder has been the President of Patricia Mining Corp. since October 3, 2006, its Chief Financial Officer since September 7, 2004 and Chief Executive Officer since October 10, 2006. Mr. Chadder has been the Chief Financial Officer at Canuc Resources Corporation, since June 2011. He has 10 years of experience as an auditor and business advisor to resource companies. He served as a Interim President of Patricia Mining Corp. from March 27, 2006 to May 1, 2006. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Auriga Gold, Corp. (formerly, URSA Major International Inc.) from September 13, 2004 to September 2010. Since 1990, he has worked with emerging resource exploration companies as a Chartered Accountant., member of the audit team, chief financial officer, and as chief executive officer. He has been a Director of Patricia Mining Corp. since October 10, 2006. He is a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Chadder has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration."

 

Seems like every company he has been involved resulted in major selloffs that sunk the SP, then merging with another company which then again sinks.  He's just making sure he gets a salary and will do the same with AIA-NWM!

with the majority in at higher sp this puppy looks to be another tax loser

What a great job, if you can get it. Seems like he has all the positions taken, and, could drain NWM in the meantime.

How can someone buy at 0.028? How is that possible?   After digging into this potential merger, I too am against it. NWM does not have the capital to even start the mill at Maverick. NWM debt will explode to up to $50M if this merger happens as you know one thing management are good at is dragging their feet and asking for expensive capital.   But realistically it's ...more
