Eduardo you and Slick both have made solid points against this "takeover"...It is almost a joke that a company facing potential bankruptcy if they don't refinance their 18.5 million debt is attempting to take over a company with no present debt (although unproven ability to extract any ounces profitably)... Positive thing is that NWM has started to make money but not at a rate ...more
