What the hell is going on ?  not sure what you all think.  I will vote no.

checked Chris Berlet received $180K salary and bonus each year.  We should kick him out from every company which he is listed as a Director.

What are you talking about? I just checked NWM's website and there is no such news of a share consolidation and  name change.

Received AGM materials today in the mail. Glossy book must have cost big bucks. Proposal to change co. name toPinnacle Gold Corporation and consolidate share 30:1 in materials. We are better off to invest in golf balls than this POS. JMHO
