Your math is off.4 cents annually on a 50 cent stock is 8% and don't forget that at year end the dividend might be 3 cents for the quarter instead of 1 cent also with the price of oil heading up ...more

I agree with you on oil prices increasing. The dividend use to be a lot higher and the treasury keeps growing. He just chopped the dividend for no reason. I have told him we don’t mind a reduction of ...more

At 1 cent the company is paying out just over $1 million thats about 80% of their income for the quarter i think that's fair this is a definite hold  with an oil price spike thanks to a ...more

With the current treasury I have suggested to him

To do something like buy bargain sale oil properties before during depressed price (oil price now rising) or even another royalty (maybe a gold stock). Maybe one day he will move on something ...more

1 cent is what I expected hopefully in November it will be 3 cents or more depending on the royalties and price of oil im really satisfied and will add stock if there's weakness
