RE:Explanation for sell -offI don't think it's just dilution, if there were buyers out there for NGW I doubt we'd be down this much.  There's no buying interest because NGW has not yet proven that they can deliver the promised production.  Yes yes, I know all about the promises and potential.  But the fact is NGW's trading volume in the last month, relative to the industry average has been absymal.  According to an Oxford Club analyst, NGW number of shares trading is down over 50% compard to its 100 day moving average. By comparison the industry as a whole is down only about 15%. Share prices don't stay the same or go up if trading volume is very weak like it is for NGW (and many others).  Weak volume equals falling prices.
