Agree.  SP makes sense now.  Should be up in the .50's+ but looks like its gone down for a reason.

Stock hugely under valued here at .40 doubtfulll they get approval unless it's at least .80 or more imo...l

That would be nice, but.... thinking it will be only in the high .40's, maybe .50's by the way the parameters of deal were set out.  Previous mgmt and directors still have a lot of shares
