RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Volume

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:VolumeI got to meet Kim Huffman (Ann) at an talent agent's christmas party back then ...she was Kim's manager.....and got to tell Kim "You blowed up real good"

Wall Street IS good and GGR is absolutely fantastic. Always Be Closing. The scene where Pacino shuffles the mark out the door to extend the cool off time is awesome.

And you are right. Every "sales agent"...even those beyond selling financial products...love that movie. At least those I know.

Maxmoe wrote: LOL. I had to google your reference. ok I probably shouldn't admit it , but, I've never watched that show more than 5 minutes here and there. Crummy cast, not very realistic, and way too much talking about their feelings .  I did watch Wall Street a few times because greed is good. It's fairly realistic for that decade. That movie and Alec Baldwin in glenngary glen ross was required viewing for new traders and sales folks at our firm. They were also strong armed into leasing THE most expensive car possible. Those big monthly payments made them hungry!
