RE:RE:RE:NXO's next great idea!Who TF is on the bid side for a million shares???? You ? Your pal DamJam? Somebody looking to buy some tax losses? It's too bad even nxo's tax losses aren't "real" or they might be worth something. Here's a finance/tax/accounting 101 illustration for you guys. I know you didn't ask but you're so poorly prepared for these things I decided to generously share. Plus some of the other guys here might learn something helpful. Nxo used their very expensive stock to "buy" some very expensive "assets". There were no "hard assets" with a "hard value". This created a huge "goodwill" or intangible asset on the balance sheet to reflect the difference between the "value" of the stock they issued, versus the very small "hard asset value" of whatever they bought. Then, low and behold, as expertly predicted by damjam, those assets are/were worthless. So they wrote them off taking a huge loss. Wiping out the huge gain to the balance sheet from the purchase. Bottom line? No losses for the tax return that another company would pay for. Operating losses, even if there are zero sales, can be used to offset future taxes. But not balance sheet hokus pokus. Oh well. Back to that bid. I don't have access to level 2 bid/offer size. Is there even more than that 1 million loaded up on the bid side. Damjam going for the takeover bid at 2 cents? You might want to buy a shell without all the baggage nxo carries.
