This write up is all well and good, not a word out of place, but at the end of the day analysts, and most investors, are not technical people. When they see this release they're just going to see excuses as to why the rates aren't better (or even mentioned), hence the reaction today. They'd better be on top of having an interim operations update once everything is up and running smoothly.
