It does not make much sense to sell to Velvet @ $0.75
when the stock is trading at a higher level...

That’s because the market believes there will be higher offers. If investors thought this is all there is, the shares would likely trade at a small discount until the day IBR is acquired. Another offer forthcoming I think. That said, I’d prefer to exist and let management build the business.

Would like to see hammerhead step in as that land is also contigious with them as well for ERH development. A bidding war would be nice.
