That's a whack of shares topoftheridge.   About 30 to 40 million worth of dollars.   It requires a whole lotta short selling.  For what?  A depressed share price to get a truckload of iffy currency.  I'd rather see small placements as required.   Do you think such a large placement is necessary when you consider the partner must pay half?

There was a small miracle on Apr 30.  Chet bought 5,000 shares on the public market at 80 cents.

Let's get this feasibility study done.  Start mining and generate some revenue, asap, and then move on.
