First I believe it is public that Chet has said "the whole OJVG is now a package for sale". Thus the partners are on board.
Second, Chet has been buying around $1, I don't think he is looking for 20 cents.
Third, agreed some people are foolish to decide "I would like $10 for my shares, because that is what I need".
Fourth, I like to simplify with OLE 150 million shares, Benton 150 million shares, Badr 50 million shares.
Thus, $2 per share equals, $700 million total buyout.
$3 equals $1 billion buyout
$4 equals $1,4 billion buyout.
Minedtheprofit, what do you think of those numbers?
Personal I think it is below $3, but dream of $3.5 per share.
Agreed, OLE is running low on cash, agreed another PP will not fly. I have heard no one will "buy it"
Thus I think this is going to go for $2.25 to $2.5 within 6 weeks.
All JMHO or rumour mongering....
