well its not about liking the company, if it make sense and long term investors benefits then a take out of ole by tgz is not at all bad, if you're all looking for an all cash deal that will be out of leftfield. i can't see any other bidder that was mentioned ie IMG, african barrick. in the mining business if you can have a leverage from your assets ie mill then you feed as many dirt in that mill and don't turn it off until the last rock has been fed.

again i'm looking at it from the point of view of a potential buyer ie IMG, who holds 14m shares but tgz also holds shares of 18m so who's getting a better discount? who has the mill?

it's probably a coin flip between the two but i'll choose the one with the mill.
