CashRe everyone's worry that OLE is out of cash..
Curios...didn't they have $7.5M on hand at end of August....and Bendon still owes Oromin $12-15 million for their share of the operating expenses...I am not aware of any agreement relieving Bendon of their payment obligation - none filed or noted in FS...only rumored that OLE will get a higher % in sale for no payment...if no sell, payment must occur
Still plenty of money to move forward if they need too..
