Tony,

I agree with you wholeheartedly.  The issue isn't who wins, the issue is: will the country be stable?  I seriously have my doubts that this will turn into chaos.  I have pretty good contacts into Western Africa.  So the stock reflects the uncertainty of the election and a contested outcome, but I'm pretty certain Wade is going to win.  There will be demonstrations and maybe a few dead, but in that region Senegal is a pretty solid country.  I have no worries.

Predict good movement in the stock next week.
