I know that they will try to do everything possible and still think they will be somehow be involved in this at the end unless a major comes in with big money. You bring up a good point about another party coming in and maybe helping with financing but I assume that that would complicate a deal even more because what would the backer get in return. Either a % of the new company or an agreed upon return on their investment. I realize that I am grasping at straws here but it would not be the first time a group of investors got together to buy a company.
Do you have any opinions on what might happen here as far as a deal, price,etc...Thanks again hoosier1.
