Easy non-dilutive way to raise $3 to $4 million...

Management can cancel their 4.65 million options at $1.30 then sell those 4.65 million shares at lets say 70 to 80 cents to Iamgold or Teranga or any one else for the highest bid.  IAG and TGZ  would love to have those shares to add to their stake.  This would give OLE over $3 million added to what they have now.  This would also take some pressure off of the timeline for negotiations and most importantly not dilute us at all.  Fully diluted shares would stay at 150.6 million.  This scenario is not likely because they feel the company is worth a lot more but it would help us buy some time in the short term until this junior market recovers and we are afforded a more reasonable valuation.
