Re: Buying & sitting on it...Not sure that is correct... if I recollect - correctly - under the OJVG mining agreement with Senegal, they have to start production within a year or two after clearing the environmental impact approval or some other milestone like that... i think???  Any one else remember that?

I do think it is a possibility that some other company may just come in a buyout OLE, not the OJVG but just OLE.  With OLE having operating control over the project, the new company - who will want to mine - can come in and tell the Saudis to take a leap & wait; and that they will get their money from and after the mining per the original agreement... saudis don't have any operational say anyway.

All speculation...
